Cuisine Lab, une association à but non lucratif basée à Genève, cherche à recruter un ou une responsable commercial.e et évènementiel service traiteur. Sous la responsabilité de la directrice du restaurant, l’objectif global de ce poste sera l’acquisition et la fidélisation de nouveaux clients tout en assurant le bon déroulement des opérations du service traiteur Cuisine Lab. La personne sélectionnée peut aussi être amenée à participer à des activités menées par le restaurant cuisine lab.

 CHEF DE CUISINE FORMATEUR (H/F)

Cuisine Lab, une association à but non lucratif basée à Genève, cherche à recruter un chef de cuisine formateur. Sous l’autorité de la direction du restaurant, l’objectif global de ce poste sera d’assurer la gestion et la formation d’une équipe de cuisine tout en garantissant une gestion optimale de la production culinaire. La personne sélectionnée devra également contribuer à la fidélisation de la clientèle et à son développement.

We are always looking for motivated individuals who feel they can help with
Cuisine Lab’s daily operations, joining as a member of the restaurant or
catering team, the social program team or overall support services.
This is a great opportunity be part of a fun and friendly community who
is passionate about food and believe in social inclusion, diversity and
sustainability.

Become a member of Cuisine Lab!

By joining Cuisine Lab, you will contribute to open up opportunities for
refugees to build a successful career in the culinary industry and
improve their overall quality of life.

As a member, you can also benefit from special offers and discount

Individual membership of CHF 100 (annual):

  • One free lunch for one person (dish of the day menu), drinks excluded;
  • One free apéro for one person; 
  • One vote at the general meeting.

Corporate membership of CHF 500 (annual):

  • 10 per cent discount on first catering service;
  • One free lunch for two people (dish of the day menu), drinks
    excluded;
  • One free apéro for two people;
  • One vote at the general meeting.

All members can get involved in social events and apéro evenings
organized by Cuisine Lab, meet new people and learn about different
cultures.
